22 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Duties - Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms - Assist with event planning and coordination construction projects, estimates, meetings - Oversee team management, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance - Handle general office management duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping - Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for financial tracking and reporting - Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors Experience - Previous experience in an office manager or similar role preferred in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly - Familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks or similar programs is beneficial - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
