Maintenance Individual will be responsible for safely transporting consumers to program and activities as needed; completing minor facility repairs; and ensuring facility and vehicle safety and cleanliness by maintaining an acceptable level of operational support to agency programs and services.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Minor maintenance and repair including painting, assembling furniture, moving furniture etc.
Monitoring facilities to ensure the safe operation of heating, ventilation, cooling systems, etc.
General cleaning services including trash removal, discarding furniture and other nonfunctional items.
Providing emergency management services and on-call services to support program operations including but not limited to:
snow removal, assistance for disabled agency vehicles, fire burglar alarm response, response for no heat, AC, etc.
Vehicle safety inspections and operational support to ensure proper maintenance.
Consumer transport and mail runs as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing with a safe driving record for more than three years.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
