Responsibilities:
Assist individuals in supports outside of the participants home, including recreational activities Monitor the health and medical needs of individuals and immediately report any concerns.
Transport individual and provide support for activities and outings.
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all patient information compliant to HIPAA law and regulations Complete daily logs and written reports.
Requirements:
Is at least 18 years of age Has a passion for helping those in need Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent Must be willing to have a background check Must be willing to take a drug screening Must be authorized to legally work in the United States Must have a car Must have valid driver's license and good driving record Current CPR/First Aid certification Schedule of Services:
Flexible daytime hours, weekdays and weekends Pay rate:
$25-$27 an hour
